What is a happy egg and how have I lived this long without one???
it's just the twee british way of saying free-range (http://thehappyegg.co.uk) whilst also making you feel really really guilty about all the other sad eggs you've eaten in your life. also, thanks to this sentence 'Making sure our girls are happy and have the best conditions possible is really important to us' i feel like there's a feminist statement in here somewhere, as i agree that girls should be happy and have good conditions.
