tomorrow croftie and i are going to arby's. like mostly everything croftie and i ever do, this is the most exciting thing in the world.
because i'd somehow almost completely forgotten about arby's. for years, arby's has seemed like sonic-- something that midwestern cities shouldn't have just by virtue of it being so very utterly southern. and then there it was yesterday- right smack dab in the center of state street, less than a block from the building in which i spend every waking, working day. arby's. oh my God. i am healed.

I love Arby's Three Pepper Sauce that I could practically drink it. Just sayin'.
in the immortal words of jessie spano: "i'm SO excited!!!"
Mmm.... Yum... Mike and I would always go and get 5 roast beef sandwiches. He would eat 3 and I would be forced to eat 2. Ahh, good times.
t-minus 2 hours...
and what're you doing home in the middle of the day? that's not allowed.
Ah, for the love of curly fries...
how dare you blaspheme the one and only Circle of Weiners by patronizing this corporate chain? For Shame!
that and this was supposed to be by me, not croftie. damnable auto sign-in.
i vote that we go back to the weiner's circle at least once before the winter comes. but let's take it easy on the fries...
Who was on in the middle of the day? Me? Hah, 'cause I never work anymore. I work like maybe 5 hours a day, sometimes 6. Occasionally on Mondays I will work 7. I go in around 10 and leave around 2 or 3...
So how did the Arby's trip go?
AWESOME, of course.
welcome back.
thanks. All I did for my vacation was watch a bunch of America's Next Top Model and eat a bunch of seafood.
seafood? blech. but ANTM sounds like a pretty kickass vacation.
I don't know what it is about ladies from Memphis and their disdain for seafood. I have encountered them more often than not. I could subsist on just seafood if I had to.
Subsist. Now THAT is a yucky word!
You know what word I hate? "Tuna-fish"
First off, people usually drag on the "shhh" part of it down here. Secondly, of course tuna is a fish. What other kind of tuna is out there? Tuna-bear? Tuna-Lemur?
tunafish always makes me think of j-simp.
and how odd that girls from a certain region could all be anti-fish. maybe it's the mississippi. we're taught at a young age not to eat/drink/touch anything that comes from those waters so maybe that fear carries over to water in general.
