i was trying to think how to describe it to you and immediately came up with 'it's an fried apple tart like the mcdonald's apple pies.' then i realized it totally is like a posh mcdonald's fried apple pie. became obsessed with them in paris last summer and realized there's a boulangerie here where i can get them. GLORIOUS.
