8 further adventures on the cta

there was a guy on the train in a gas mask this morning. and while i know this was probably just some crazy agoraphobe, there's something rather disconcerting about riding the subway with a person wearing a gas mask. you can't help but wonder if they know something you don't.

I'm going to have to agree with you. That would be both suspicious and frightening.

there's an important difference between being prepared and seeming to possess insider knowledge.

Mike says that by the time you get the gas mask on you are toast anyways. Especially if it is not military-grade (which would be most of them).

this reminds me of an episode of "fringe" a few weeks back. the guy just put the mask on, unleashed a gas, and, somehow, the gas turned into an amber like substance, encasing everyone on the bus. i'm surprised you're not watching, because your beloved pacey stars in it.

linda, you have a tv again?!

oh, no no. but the parentdears do!

oh honey, i don't love joshua jackson as pacey. i love joshua jackson as ronnie in the made-for-showtime classic ronnie & julie. there's a big difference.
