6 i am a horrible person

because at the amazingly gorgeous christmas concert at moody church devoted to the celebration of the birth of Our Lord, what did i think about? what did i spend the entire two hours obsessing over? what ceaselessly distracted me to the extent that i was forced to remove my contacts so i wouldn't completely miss the music we had come to hear in the first place?

this verse:
Jesus the same yesterday, and, today and forever - Hebrews 13:8

this verse, cast in gold and hung proudly behind the choir to look down upon generation after generation- glaring grammatical errors and all.

If God wrote it that way, then is he actually wrong? Or are we wrong with what grammatical rules we put in place?

mispunctuation is not a God-thing. clearly some poor, underappreciated publishing minion given the task of translating the apostle paul into the king's english was so overworked and frustrated with his graphic designers that his sense of grammatical propriety temporarily went awry.

Our current rules of grammar were not in place back when the King James revision took place...

Side note: my revision (NLT) says:

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."

Perhaps it was the mistake of the artisat and once the words were gilded, he/she was unable to correct them. Why are you so quick to believ that god is fallable. You want to bring on the Rapture don't you. I see your game now.
