14 i just had The Best Vacation Ever! how was your weekend, person i barely know?

"awful. i was just so depressed. i know i got loads of shit done but i really don't remember anything we did yesterday because the clouds of darkness descended."

so here's my next question: how the hell does one respond to that?

my next next question would be what made you assume this was a fella?

is pointing and laughing the right answer? I think so.

See, I would just suggest some Prozac or Zoloft...

Maybe I have been hanging around little emo kids too much lately that I assumed it was a male.

But usually, I saw "awwww" and just pat them on the shoulder. Then I follow that up with "stay golden, Sugar Pants!"

clouds of darkness, or any variety for that matter, don't really descend so much. Now they can do a lot of things, like loom, say, or linger. But not descend. They aren't an escalator or messiah or something.

Professor Leary cheers up all girls... However, the boys just stare at it and go, "Huh. It's...colorful."

clarkie, no golden girls references allowed. you should know this. i thought i'd made myself abundantly clear. oline does not heart the goldens.

pirate cosbO, thank you for clarifying the misapplication of the clouds of darkness. perhaps he/she was more in the slough of despond and simply misidentified. (hey, remember SoSlo?)

meggie eggie darling, professor leary is beautiful. you know how i covet him.

oh, oline hearts the goldens. she hearts them very much. in high school, she had a collage of them and everything. and her fave was Blanche.

LIES! i do not heart them. ugh. just the very thought of them makes me cringe. and that's to say nothing of That Song. i hate, loathe, and despise That Song.

I haven't watched that show in years... I didn't really watch it when it was on.
